No Renewal Fee should the Tenants and Landlord agree to extend the existing Tenancy Agreement

Property Management

Dealing directly with the Tenant throughout the Tenancy agreement
Bimonthly / Quarterly inspections of the property as requested by the Landlord
Collection of all Rents
Should there be any issue or problem with the property, Fingal Letting will inform the landlord and should the landlord agree we will arrange the relevant tradesmen from our panel to deal with the problem, this fee will be agreed with the landlord and debited from the rent at the end of that given month.
